We tried to start back to school last week. It didn’t go so well. I believe the exact words out of my mouth were “Public school doesn’t start for another 2 two weeks, I’m sure I can still enroll you, if you don’t want to cooperate” this is an ongoing issue, and I don’t make that threat lightly, I flat out asked this child if they would rather go to school and they said no. So that leaves me with a child that wants to stay home but doesn’t want to do the work. They accused me of trying to make the do school in the middle of summer!
